There’s a common misconception of my generation that we’re all very entitled-minded people.     In my eyes, there’s 2 types of motivation behind employees in the workplace today.       If I could list the few important things I’ve learned in my 28 years on earth, I’m sure I’d come up with 100+ really valid life lessons.
