But they happen, no different than any other workplace. I think deleting their account entirely isn’t the way to go either, and they should just take a mature, respectful approach and admit it was a mistake and apologize for any inconvenience or offending anyone. I think that would actually make me giggle just a bit if I saw my city accidentally tweet something like that hehe
